Swim with Whales
Aug through Oct is when the Humpbacks come to visit Aitutaki. Its a great opportunity to head out and see these magnificent creatures in their natural environment.
We offer Private Whale Watching trips and a chance to get in a Swim with them. This occurs when they are settled and they allow us to quietly slip in and observe them from their world.
Please note that there are a few rules in place when you are in the water, ie, no closer than 30m, no duck diving, no splashing etc, these rules have been put in place so as not to disturb the whales or interfere with what they are doing.
